About the Role
Tru by Hilton Port Saint Lucie Tradition is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. You’ll ensure our guests experience a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment — every time they walk through our doors.
This is a key leadership role supporting and relieving the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring high standards in cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team development.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Train, supervise, and inspect housekeeping and laundry staff to meet brand and quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling, labelling, and return of guest lost & found items.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance or guest issues quickly.
- Perform room and area inspections daily; oversee deep cleaning, special projects, and inventory control.
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and supply management for the department.
- Step in to lead the team in the Executive Housekeeper’s absence.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for cleanliness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate a diverse team.
